How do I return an item?

Customer Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we offer a return policy if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason. We only accept unused and re-sellable items. Note: no returns on used, electric or electronic items unless they are returned sealed and unopened, in their original package.

For refunds within 30 days of the shipping date of the item, we will issue a refund excluding postage and handling.

Within 60 days of the shipping date of the item, a refund will be issued minus a 15% Restocking Fee and excluding postage and handling.

After 60 days of the shipping date of the item, store credit will be issued for the list price of the item minus a 15% Restocking Fee and excluding postage and handling.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
